Fortunately, flooring options are numerous these days and vinyl plank is one of the most versatile options that exists. We install a lot of vinyl plank, usually as part of larger remodeling projects. However, if you are wanting to switch to laminate flooring as a stand alone project, let us know and we will give you a free estimate.

As essential outdoor spaces, decks and patios are places we go to relax and take life a bit slower than normal. Designing and building outstanding, beautiful decks and patios is a special feature of Timberlake Homes. Building a Stronger Foster Care System
Families are where children in the foster care system will have their best chance to thrive, grow, and heal. Kids Belong believes that supporting foster families will lead to better outcomes for children in foster care.
Locally based, Kids Belong serves foster children and their host families in a variety of ways including clothing closets, meals, support groups, and special events. In the Fall of 2023, both mLive and FOX17 featured their work with children who are aging out of the foster care system.
As former foster parents, our owners believe strongly in the work that Kids Belong is doing and invite you to join them in impacting our local community.
Serving Orphaned Children in West Africa
Feeding the Orphans is a grassroots organization that exists to meet the physical needs and ensure the growth of vulnerable children in West Africa.
Based in Knoxville, Tennessee their strategy is three-fold - orphan care, family care, and community care. Within these emphases FTO provides orphaned children with food, fresh water, medical care, essential life-skills, as well as an education and vocational training. They also support in-country reunifications, adoptions, and micro-business opportunities.
As sponsors, our owners have had a wonderful experience working with FTO and invite you to join them in impacting our global community.

Q: Are you licensed and insured?
A: Yes, we are licensed residential builders in the state of Michigan. We can provide proof of license and insurance upon request.
Q: How long will it take someone to contact me?
A: It is our standard practice to respond to inquiries within two business days.
Q: My project is outside of North Ottawa and Muskegon counties, should I still contact you?
A: Yes. We do occassionally consider projects a bit farther away.
Q: Do you work on multiple projects at a time?
A: Normally, we have one priority project at a time. By focusing on one project at a time we ensure a high-level of service and attention to detail. However, when there are times of waiting or delay in a project, we will fit in other projects, so long as it does not detract from the progress of our priority project.
Q: I am in need of a handyman. Do you provide those types of services?
A: Generally, the answer is no. However, there are times we will add a smaller project to an existing larger project since we are already there. Some of the things we've been asked to do in that past include installing treated wood fence; installing a storm door; adding a window to a room; replacing an exterior door or threshold; fixing a cabinet, bathroom fixture, or ceiling fan. There are lots of things that need maintenance in a home. If you have smaller project you'd like us to look at while we already there, let us know.
