Q: Are you licensed and insured?
A: Yes, we are licensed residential builders in the state of Michigan. We can provide proof of license and insurance upon request.
Q: How long will it take someone to contact me?
A: It is our standard practice to respond to inquiries within two business days.
Q: My project is outside of your service area, should I still contact you?
A: Yes. We do occassionally consider projects outside of Grand Haven and Muskegon area.
Q: I am in need of a handyman. Do you provide those types of services?
A: Generally, the answer is no. However, there are times we will add a smaller project to an existing larger project since we are already there. Some of the things we've been asked to do in that past include installing treated wood fence; installing a storm door; adding a window to a room; replacing an exterior door or threshold; fixing a cabinet, bathroom fixture, or ceiling fan. There are lots of things that need maintenance in a home. If you have smaller project you'd like us to look at while we already there, let us know.
Q: Can you provide references?
A: Yes, references can be provided upon request.
